Check your Auto Save Preferences in Premiere + AE. Ensure your folder is syncing online. 

I love this feature. With Adobe Creative Cloud you can automatically save Premiere Pro and After Effects files to the cloud. Why not take advantage of any backup available, especially if you aren't editing off of a raid. I love you Adobe!
